I had a good Christmas and a great New Year's eve. I spent the two with my family and I think a good time was had by all. I'm glad it's over though - it cost me a small fortune. Now it's the new year and I'm optimistic that things will be good.
I see Hilary Clinton won the election - congrats to her. It looked like the Obama guy was going to win but she pipped him at the last hurdle. I can't say which I'd have prefered to win because I haven't investigated their politics, but it makes a pleasant change for a woman and a black man to be aiming for the presidency. I just hope they've got their acts together.
Winter hasn't been too bad here in London. I'm looking forward to spring and a hot but not too hot summer.
I've also been wondering why there are people surfing this site but not signing up. It's free after all and could lead to good things. Ah well.
